This kadai features a triply construction with three layers – a highly conductive aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, ensuring excellent heat retention and even cooking. With a 22 cm diameter and 2L capacity, this kadai is perfect for preparing a variety of Indian dishes such as curries, dals, stir-fries, and deep-fried snacks.
The heavy-bottom design prevents hot spots, making it ideal for both slow-cooked and high-heat cooking. Including a lid helps retain moisture, preventing splatters, while ensuring food remains flavorful. Suitable for all stovetops, including induction, this kadai is an essential addition to your kitchen for hassle-free, healthy cooking.

Care Instructions

Preheat Carefully: Always preheat the pan on low to medium heat to prevent thermal shock. Avoid excessive heat to protect the integrity of the pan and prolong its lifespan.
Use Soft Utensils: To maintain the scratch-resistant surface, use wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils. Avoid using sharp metal utensils that may scratch or damage the coating.
