Terms of Service – Nyra Kitchenware

Welcome to Nyra Kitchenware. By accessing or purchasing from www.nyrakitchenware.in, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all site users, including customers, browsers, vendors, and affiliates. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Company Details

Nyra Kitchenware is a GST-registered business operating under Indian law. All sales, services, and communication are conducted under the name "Nyra Kitchenware."

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders or backorders may take longer, and estimated dispatch dates will be mentioned on the product page or shared via email.

  • Domestic Shipping: Free standard shipping is offered on all orders across India.

  • International Shipping: Shipping charges are applicable for all international orders. Any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Courier Partners: We use Shiprocket and other nationally trusted courier partners for delivery.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or damaged products.

  • Notification Period: Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos sent to our support team.

  • Return Window: The return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Shipping Charges: For approved returns, customers bear one-side shipping charges.

  • Refunds/Exchanges: Only defective items are eligible for a refund or one-time exchange. No returns are accepted for reasons like personal dislike, wrong selection, or usage wear.

4. Product Disclaimer

  • Our products are crafted using traditional materials (brass, copper, iron, etc.) and may have natural variations in color, texture, polish, or slight irregularities. These are not considered defects.

  • Nyra Kitchenware shall not be liable for damage caused by improper use, cleaning methods, or failure to follow care instructions (e.g., dishwasher use on handwash-only items).

5. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

  • Accepted payment modes: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Preorders & Backorders

Products available on preorder or backorder will display an estimated dispatch timeline. Your order will be shipped as soon as inventory is restocked.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT as per the destination country’s regulations. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyra Kitchenware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use arising out of or related to the use of our products or website.

9. Force Majeure

Nyra Kitchenware is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

10. Privacy & Data Sharing

By using this site, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect and store your personal information for order fulfillment, support, and marketing. Customer data may be shared with third-party service providers like logistics partners and payment gateways as needed. We do not sell customer data.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

  • Resolution Process: In case of any disagreement, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team. We are committed to resolving issues amicably before escalating to legal channels.

12. Modifications to Terms

These Terms of Service are effective as of 1st May 2024. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates on this page. Continued use of our site constitutes your agreement to such changes.
