At Nyra Kitchenware, every product is crafted and inspected with utmost care. However, we understand that sometimes concerns may arise. To maintain fairness and transparency, we request you to go through our return and exchange policy carefully.
🛍️ Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of genuine product damage or manufacturing defect.
Any minor variations, small scratches, tiny dents, or polishing marks that do not affect the product’s functionality or usability do not qualify as “damage.”
Slight differences in finish, texture, or color tone are natural characteristics of handcrafted and metal-based products, and therefore are not considered defects.
A product will be considered “damaged” only if:
It arrives broken, cracked, leaking, or unusable,
Or if there is a major structural defect that prevents normal use.
Minor imperfections that are cosmetic or easily correctable will not qualify as damage.

💸 Refund & Exchange Policy
In case a customer still wishes to return or exchange the product for personal reasons (other than genuine damage),
The customer must ship the product back to us at their own expense.
The product must be carefully packed and reach us in unused and good condition.
Upon receiving the product, our team will record an unboxing video for verification.
Only if the product is found in perfect and saleable condition, the exchange or refund will be considered and will be processed within (5-7 working days).
🚚 Shipping Charges
For approved exchanges (non-damaged cases),
The two-way courier cost (both return and re-shipment) will be borne entirely by the customer.
For genuine damage or defect cases verified by our team,
Nyra Kitchenware will arrange or reimburse return shipping at its discretion.
