Initial Wash: Before first use, wash thoroughly with warm water and a mild dish soap. Rinse well.

Regular Cleaning: After each use, wash promptly with warm water, a soft sponge, and a non-abrasive dish soap. Avoid using steel wool or harsh scrubbers, as they can scratch the surface.

Avoid Acidic Foods for Extended Periods: While safe for general mixing, prolonged contact with highly acidic foods (e.g., strong lemon juice, tomato paste, vinegar) can potentially cause discoloration or reactivity. Clean immediately after use with such ingredients.

Hand Wash Recommended: For best results and to preserve the finish, hand washing is recommended. While some commercial dishwashers might be used, the harsh detergents and high heat can sometimes dull the aluminum's appearance over time.
