Care Instructions

1. Washing: Wash the wok/kadhai with mild soap and warm water before first use. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scourers, as they may scratch the surface.


2. Drying: Dry the wok/kadhai thoroughly after washing to prevent water spots.


3. Storage: Store the wok/kadhai in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.


4. Avoid Metal Utensils: Avoid using metal utensils, as they may scratch the surface of the wok/kadhai. Instead, use silicone, wooden or plastic utensils.


5. Avoid High Heat: Avoid exposing the wok/kadhai to high heat, as it may cause the aluminum to warp or melt.


6. Cleaning Burnt Food: For burnt food, mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 2 tablespoons of water to form a paste. Apply the paste to the burnt area and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then, scrub the area with a soft sponge and mild soap.


7. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using harsh chemicals, such as bleach or ammonia, to clean the wok/kadhai, as they may damage the surface.


8. Re-seasoning: If you notice the wok/kadhai becoming dull or sticky, re-season it by applying a thin layer of cooking oil to the surface and heating it over low heat for 10 minutes.
